Selous Game Reserve is the one of the largest unexploited nature parks in Africa, spanning 55,000 sq. km. Selous has over 2,100 species of plants, 400 varieties of birds, over 120,000 buffalo, and more than half of Tanzania’s elephant population. The Reserve also boasts the continent’s largest hippo and lion populations. Take a trip here for safari walks, guided expeditions or boat tours on the waterways of the Rufiji River Delta.
