ENROLLMENT PROCESS

  • To guarantee your position in the program, please make a non-refundable $950 Program Deposit within 14 days of your initial acceptance.
  • Once your payment is processed, you will be redirected to complete your Pre-Matriculation Form and Program Travel Waivers.
  • Complete the Pre-Matriculation Form (Takes About 3 Minutes)
  • Indicate your Preferred Program Start Date and Program Duration (2 weeks or more).
  • Select your Preferred Placement Departments (i.e., Surgical, Pediatrics, etc.)
  • Interns will rotate in one department per week (except for Dentistry, Mental Health, Midwifery, Physical Therapy, and Nutrition).
  • Please make certain to upload a clear and recent photo.
  • You will receive an email that permits acceptance of your digital signature.
  • Fill out all required Program Waivers.
  • Once you have completed the above, a Program Mentor will contact you within 72 hours to guide you through the remainder of the onboarding process.
