The Day's Program October 14, 2023
- 6 am – 8 am: Attendee Check-In at Hutchison Field. Ensure you have your confirmation email (a digital copy is acceptable).
- 8 am – 9 am: A warm welcome at UCenter (University Credit Union Center) to initiate the day.
- 9 am – 12 pm: The Pre-Health Fair at Hutchison Field awaits you. This is where you’ll find IMA, providing insights into various healthcare pathways.
- 12 pm – 1 pm: Lunch Break. (Please note: lunch is not part of the registration fee. It’s advisable to plan.)
- 1 pm – 4 pm: Engage in eye-opening workshop sessions in three slots. Stay for the closing event after the last session at UCenter.
